Coming to eHQ in July 2019, we are introducing comment tagging at the project level. We have also rebranded the previous Comment Analysis to now read Text Analysis.
How is this different to what was previously in place?
Before this upgrade, a tag applied to one tool in a project was not available for another tool in the same project, resulting in more work for you as you had to apply the same tag various times. This was particularly frustrating in survey tagging as a tag that was applied on a specific question was not available for other question, even within the same survey.
How does it work now?
A tag that you use in any tool is available as one of the default tags elsewhere. That means, for example, if you tag one of your tool comments with "Supportive" you will have access to the tag in other tools in the same project too. Like below.
