Arguably this is the most exciting upgrade to existing functionality we have for you this year. Our reporting has undergone a massive overhaul and it is looking better than ever.
A few of you have seen this already and the feedback we have received was overwhelmingly positive. We have also started demonstrating the reporting to potential new EHQ users and we often see jaws drop....that includes our own, as we are amazed how good it looks, every time we see it. Think so too?
What is new?
Everything is new, yet nothing has changed! All numbers and data are still the same, we did not touch our methodology. That means you can continue to report on the same numbers and metrics. However, the way the numbers are presented and the places to find them has changed. We believe everything is much easier to find and work with.
What should I look out for in particular?
- One-click reports: This was developed based on your direct feedback. You can now generate comprehensive reports for up to 5 projects simultaneously, or a site-wide summary report. Both with the click of a button and either in PDF or Excel.
- Explanatory Tours: Look for the 'Explain Reporting' buttons in the top right-hand corners of your analytics. They will take you step by step through the entire reporting, explaining in detail how numbers are captured and what they might mean.
- Quickly accessible survey stats: We removed a whole lot of steps to get to the 'meat' of your surveys. You can now see all survey responses in graphical formats (where the question type allows) within your browser. No need to download the Excel file first. There is also a 'Pulse' function, outlining responses over time, so you can look for changes in participants' sentiments.
- Tool Insights: Our first steps towards helping you analyse your data. The new 'Insights' give you the option to look at contributions in a totally different light and filter them based on demographic information. For example, you can now look at comments by participants from certain suburbs in isolation and explore if their sentiments are different to those from their peers. Check out the Forum tool to get a good overview of what 'Insights' does in detail.
Where can I provide feedback about the new reporting?
We invite you use our community site to continuously provide us with feedback about what you think the reporting should do for you...and hopefully also a space where you can tell us what you like about the new reporting. EHQ Community is our own EHQ site, so you will need to register as a participant to get involved.
