Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs) should cover commonly/repeatedly asked questions about your consultation with appropriate answers. You can set up FAQs in your EHQ page through the FAQ Widget feature.
The following steps describe how to set up the FAQ widget on your EHQ page:
- Select the Projects link and from the drop-down menu, click the project for which you want the FAQ This will display the Manage page.
- Click on the Widgets A list of active and available widgets are displayed that can be added to your page.
- Click the FAQ It is shown in the Active Widgets list. Click Save. You can customize the FAQs that need to be displayed here.
- Click on Add FAQs.
- Enter the FAQ question in the Question box.
- Enter the FAQ answer in the Answer box.
- Click Create to complete adding the question.
